What does this mean?"

Organic churches look differently than conventional churches.  Organic churches meet where people

are (homes, businesses, and restaurants).  They form out of natural relationships rather than being

something you "join."  Organic churches are like families who live life together and seek answers from

God's word through God's presence.  Families multiply naturally.  If you have a friend who is seeking

spiritual truth, include them in your family.  It's really that simple.
